Shipping Info
Our goal is to ship your products within 1-5 business days from receipt of payment. We offer a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from and your shipping cost is calculated based on the location of the delivery address, shipping method chosen and the weight of the products you order. You can estimate your shipping costs by choosing the item you would like to purchase and clicking on "Estimate Shipping" and enter your zip code.

To ensure proper and efficient delivery of your order, we cannot ship to a PO Box. If you require delivery to a PO Box, please contact us.
Return Policy
If you need to return an item, first you will need a Return Authorization Number. Please Contact Us to request a return authorization number. Once you receive the return authorization number, kindly follow these instructions:
Ship back the item(s) you would like to return per the instructions given to you by our Customer Service Department. To process your return quicker, please include in your return package:
- Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box
- Include your original order number and/or a copy of your packing slip
- All returned items must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging
We will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase for the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle.
Personalized or customized merchandise is non-refundable.
